How to Sign In to the Nexar Classic app
Before you can edit your profile details, you will need to sign in to the app. You can log in using either your phone number or email address.
Using your phone number:
Open the Nexar Classic app, select your dash cam model, and tap Sign in
Enter your phone number and tap Continue
You will receive an SMS containing a 6-digit verification code
Enter this code into the app and tap Continue to log in
Using your email address:
Open the Nexar Classic app, select your dash cam model, and tap Sign in
On the verification screen, tap the Log in via email button
Check your email inbox for a message from Nexar containing your 6-digit code
Go back to the app, enter the verification code, and tap Continue to log in
How to Edit Name
To edit your name in the Nexar Classic app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Classic app
Go to More
Select View and edit profile
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) in the upper right corner of your screen
Once routed to myaccount.getnexar.com, enter your phone number and OTP to sign in
Tap Edit next to your name.
Type your name, then select Save.
How to Add/Change Email Address
To add or change your email address in the Nexar Classic app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Classic app
Go to More
Select View and edit profile
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) in the upper right corner of your screen
Once routed to myaccount.getnexar.com, enter your phone number and OTP to sign in
Tap Edit next to your email address.
Type your email address, then select Save.
How to Change Phone Number
To change your registered phone number in the Nexar Connect app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Classic app
Go to More
Select View and edit profile
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) in the upper right corner of your screen
Once routed to myaccount.getnexar.com, enter your phone number and OTP to sign in
Tap Edit next to your phone number.
Type your phone number, then select Get Verification Code.
Enter the OTP to complete the change.
